We were always told to "be a man" or "man up" but it's about being an adult.  We were also told that "real men don't cry or show emotions" but we can break the cycle of suffering silently. 
We have fellowship before and after the meeting where we can talk and get support from some Sober Brothers.  Miracles can happen after getting sober and helping others. 
Our main room is open 24 hours and we suggest that you attend some of those meetings as well.
